These terms apply to MANTIZ, SETIZ, SAMIZ, OPPIZ, ORBIZ, ARENIZ, BALLIZ, INVADIZ, BRIKIZ, published by DATAIZ LLC. By installing a game you accept these terms.
You may use the games for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy them, reverse engineer them, or distribute modified versions.
The games are played as a guest; creating an account is not required. You may choose a nickname to appear on the world ranking. Nicknames that harass, mislead or offend may be removed without notice.
Scores are verified on the server. Accounts that modify the game, submit fabricated scores or otherwise disrupt the ranking may have their scores removed and access withdrawn.
The words, artwork, level designs and code in the games belong to us. The word games (SETIZ, SAMIZ, OPPIZ) update their content from time to time; older versions may stop working after an update.
The games are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the games.
We may update these terms; the current version is published at this address. You may end your use at any time by deleting the game.
