Delete your ARENIZ account

You can permanently delete your ARENIZ account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, as required by Apple and Google.

In the game

Open ARENIZ and sign in.
Go to Friends → Account and choose Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

On the web

Open the account deletion page on areniz.com and sign in again with the same method you use in the game — Google, Apple, Facebook, X, or your e-mail address and password. This only proves the account is yours; after you confirm, the account is deleted immediately.

Through the contact form

Send us a message through the contact form with the topic "Account" and your friend code. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What is deleted

Your account, linked sign-in identifiers, e-mail address and display name
Your friend code, friends, friend requests and blocks
Your sign-in sessions on every device
Every screenshot you shared

What may be kept

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Progress saved on your devices is not affected. Copies in server backups may remain for a limited time until they are overwritten. Purchases made through Steam, the App Store or Google Play stay in your store account.
