Armory

Armory, equipment and the tech tree

Fit out every unit the way you want to fight: weapons, protection, back gear and ammunition you can see on the model, three custom loadouts per faction, a ten-step Mastery ladder for each unit and elite units that grow out of their country's parts.

Part of the next game update.

One Armory for everything

The Armory brings equipping, your battle loadout and your match power together on one screen. Choose a country, pick a unit from the list and turn the 3D model in your hand: the camera frames the slot you are working on.

  • Choose a part and the model shows it immediately, before you equip it
  • Current and new damage, health and speed side by side, plus the bonus each equipped part gives
  • Unlock with XP, unlock with gold, or try a part for 3 matches first
  • Start a skirmish straight from the Armory with the loadout you see
The Armory: White Commando, Default loadout, match power Tier 1

Battle loadouts: Default + Custom 1–3

Each faction has four loadouts. Default is the standard kit of every unit: always ready, never changed. Custom 1, 2 and 3 are yours to fill. The loadout you choose is the one your units wear in every match.

  • Separate loadouts for the White, Black and Grey factions
  • Changing a part while Default is chosen starts your first free custom loadout
  • The loadout you changed last is the one that is selected
  • Every country of a faction fights with that faction's chosen loadout; country parts count only for their own country
  • Your equipment is visible in battle, to you and to your opponents

Equipment and ammunition

Parts are real pieces on the model, not icons. Every unit starts with its standard kit; new parts add a small, readable step in power and stay within firm limits.

Weapon

Elite rifles, launchers and weapon optics: more damage per shot.

Protection

Helmets, armour vests, shoulder plates and covers: more health.

Special

Back packs, jetpacks and leg braces: more firepower or more speed.

Ammunition

Elite ammunition for infantry and vehicles: harder hits from the same weapon.

Vehicles, aircraft, ships and defences

Machines are fitted out too, with their own slots.

  • Vehicles: main gun, armour, smoke launchers, reactive armour, engine, running gear, sensors, ammunition, full kit
  • Aircraft: cockpit, belly and wing armour, boosters
  • Ships: deck armour, bulkheads, rudder
  • Defences: sandbags, camouflage net, plating, footing

Tech tree and Mastery I–X

Every unit has a ten-step Mastery ladder in the tech tree. Mastery I is the unit as it comes; each step after that is a part from the Weapon, Protection or Special branch, unlocked in order within its branch.

How to read the ladder

  1. IThe unit and its standard kit
  2. II–XOne part per step, from the Weapon, Protection or Special branch
  3. ✓Steps you own
  4. ★The steps you can unlock next
The tech tree
Unit details: the Mastery I–X ladder
  • Each tile shows the part, its slot, its bonus and its price in gold and XP
  • Select a step to preview its effect on the unit's stats
  • Each unit card shows its Mastery bar, so you see your progress at a glance
  • Unit details open with the 3D model and its standard weapon: damage, range, rate of fire and targets

Elite units: the country's own kit

An elite unit is its base unit in its country's elite kit. Unlock the country's parts for that unit and the elite unit can be unlocked too; in the Armory you see the requirements tick off one by one.

  • Each of the nine countries has its own elite units
  • Elite units are stronger, cost more ore and take longer to build in a match
  • They have live limits and need mid-game research buildings
  • Computer opponents never use elite units

Match power and fair matchmaking

Your match power comes from the parts you actually take into battle: only what is equipped in your chosen loadout, for the country you play, counts.

  • Ranked matches pair players by match power
  • In unranked rooms you are told when you join a higher-tier match
  • In skirmish you choose the Computer Tier (1–10) of your opponents
  • The lobby and the loading screen show each side's tier
