ARENIZ / Refund policy
Refund policy
This policy explains how refunds work for gold and other in-game purchases in ARENIZ. The game itself is free to download and play.
1. What this policy covers
Gold packs bought in the game, and the in-game items gold is spent on: elite units, tier and tree unlocks, rentals, skins, the season premium track and the founding of a clan.
2. Our payment partner
Purchases are processed by our payment partner. It handles payment, taxes and receipts, and refunds are paid back through it to the original payment method.
3. Unused gold
If you have not spent any of the gold from a pack, you can ask for a refund of that pack within 14 days of the purchase. Where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right applies as the law describes.
4. Spent gold and items
Gold that has been spent on items, rentals that have started and items that have been used are generally not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or an item could not be delivered because of a fault on our side.
5. Faults and missing gold
If a payment went through but the gold did not arrive, or an item does not work, contact us. We check the order and add the missing gold or item, or refund it.
6. Coupon codes
Gold and items from coupon codes are free gifts and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
7. Chargebacks and abuse
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the gold from it is removed from your balance. If that gold has already been spent, the balance can become negative and spending is blocked until it is settled. Repeated abuse of refunds can lead to the suspension of an account.
8. Deleting your account
When you delete your account, its gold and items are deleted as well and cannot be restored or refunded. Ask for any refund before deleting the account.
9. How to ask for a refund
Use the contact form on areniz.com with the topic Payment, and tell us the order or receipt number. We answer as soon as we can.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights in your country.
